In order to responsibly plan future repairs and improvements to the buildings, the first surveying and technical assessments of apartments, basement storage units, and other spaces are already underway in selected buildings.
The goal of this work is to obtain up-to-date and accurate information on the technical condition of the units and their actual floor plans.
The survey typically takes the form of a brief visit by authorized staff to the apartment. During this visit, they primarily conduct a visual inspection of the premises, verify basic technical data, and survey selected parts of the apartment. The work is carried out as discreetly as possible and with respect for the tenants’ privacy.
As part of the survey, photographs of selected areas of the apartment may be taken. This photographic material serves exclusively as technical documentation for the purposes of the survey, record-keeping, and preparation for revitalization. It is not taken or used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
